Michael Weinholtz

Chief Executive Officer

Michael Weinholtz joined CHG Healthcare Services, Inc. as CEO in 1998 and has over 20 years of executive-level experience with industry-leading healthcare staffing companies. Prior to joining CHG Healthcare, Weinholtz co-founded Therapists Unlimited, Inc., in 1992 as its president and chief executive officer. He took the company public as CareerStaff Unlimited in 1994 and grew it into the nation's largest healthcare staffing company (as ranked by The Staffing Industry Analysts Report in 1995, 1996, and 1997).

Since joining CHG Healthcare, Weinholtz has transformed the company from a predominantly single-lined provider of temporary physician staffing (also known as "locum tenens") into a healthcare staffing leader placing both permanent and temporary healthcare professionals of all types. In addition to leading CHG Healthcare, Weinholtz also serves on the President's Advisory Council of the United Way of Salt Lake and the Board of Directors of the American Staffing Association.

Sean Dailey

Chief Financial Officer

Sean Dailey Portrait

Sean Dailey is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience working with healthcare services companies. Dailey has functional responsibility for accounting and finance, information systems and risk management.

Prior to joining CHG in 1998, Dailey served as vice president of finance at Horizon/CMS Healthcare Corporation, a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded company, and as a manager with Arthur Andersen. In nine years as a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen, he worked in an accounting and consulting capacity primarily with publicly traded companies in several industries including healthcare. Dailey earned MAcc and BBA degrees from the University of Georgia.

Scott Beck

Chief Operating Officer

Scott Beck leads all of CHG's operating divisions, which provide physician, nursing and allied health staffing services. Beck has held numerous leadership positions since joining CHG in 1999, including vice president of marketing, division president and group president.

Beck holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
