What is your favorite part about working at CHG? My favorite part about working at CHG is the people. I have an outstanding group of co-workers here at CHG represented in all divisions and departments.

What one story best describes your experience at CHG? I was one of the first groups of Business Partners to be rewarded with President’s Club. I was also the only person representing FMS that year. I never felt alone, however. The warmth of the people in this company ensured a wonderful experience and let me know I wanted to be a part of this work family for years to come.

If someone asked you what you do, how would you answer them? I tell them I am part of a great team at CHG, focused on Putting People First while striving for excellence in the healthcare staffing industry.

Why did you choose to work at CHG? When CHG acquired FMS I reviewed the company website, but it was meeting with senior officers and listening to them talk about this company that made me want to work here. I have always felt lucky to be given such a great opportunity.

What is your favorite event that you have participated in at CHG and why? My favorite event has been Rock Your Body. It has been motivational for my entire office, and I have become healthier due to this awesome company event!

What is your favorite Core Value at CHG? Putting People First, as it is the value I feel sets the tone for everything we do on a daily basis.

If you could choose your last meal, what would it be? Definitely Mexican: Chips and salsa (the fire!), chicken sour cream enchiladas -- ooh, and guac!

What five things would you take to a deserted island? A yurt, a solar generator/battery, a cell with a satellite uplink & 4G, a furnished yacht with a fully stocked pantry and enough fresh water to survive the entire time I am there.
