Weatherby Healthcare employees support local special-needs high school

1/24/2012 4:09 PM

Weatherby Healthcare employees in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., recently supported students at Independence High School, which serves special needs students aged 11-22, by purchasing their handmade jewelry. Robert Jones, sales training manager at Weatherby Healthcare, shared the following email and photo he received from the school:

Dear supporters of Independence High School,

Sending you a great big thank you for your kindness and generosity in helping us raise over $1,000 in our jewelry fundraiser! This money will be for us to go on more field trips and get more materials to continue to expand our work skills.

Happy 2012 from the students and staff at IHS!
