Edmond office rocks the boat in the cardboard regatta

In the Edmond Cardboard Boat Regatta in Edmond, Okla., the phrase "whatever floats your boat" means just one thing: cardboard. The FMS Minnow, designed by Foundation Medical Staffing employees Chris Friend and Matt Rice, took third place in the August 27 cardboard regatta and was constructed using only corrugated cardboard, duct tape, contact cement and caulking.

Foundation Medical Staffing division bowled over by success

After weeks of meeting high goals, including increased days, and increased average daily gross margins and bill rates, the Foundation Medical Staffing division in Edmond decided to celebrate in their "spare time" August 3. Once everyone arrived at AMF Boulevard Lanes in Edmond, the division divided into teams of five to bowl -- with slightly different rules.

Though the record for the longest line of socks is currently held by a German amusement park, Wendy is confident she can collect enough socks — about 20,000 — to break that record.
