We know that our employees’ lives encompass much more than the time they spend at work. This knowledge drives all of the decisions we make regarding our benefit programs. We want our employees to be happy and motivated, and we realize that can only happen if we offer benefits that help them maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Unique Benefits
In addition to traditional employee benefits, CHG offers unique benefits that we have incorporated into our benefits program in response to feedback from our employees. Among them is a comprehensive wellness program that includes wellness fairs, free health screenings, free flu shots, on-site yoga classes, massage therapy and more. Employees have the opportunity to earn discounts on their annual health insurance premiums based on their participation in certain wellness events held during the year.
Flexible Schedules: Twenty percent of our employees benefit from work schedules that differ from standard working hours by more than two hours.
Extended Illness Bank: This allows employees to accrue leave in addition to personal time off that can be used in the event of an extended illness for them or their spouse, domestic partner, child, or parent.
Smoking Cessation Program: This program reimburses employees for prescription medications used to help smokers quit their smoking habit that are not covered by health insurance plans currently offered by CHG.
Rock Your Body: Similar to NBC's Biggest Loser television show, the CHG Rock Your Body challenge uses percentage of total weight lost to determine winners in male, female, and team categories. An increasing number of employees participate in this competition each year.
PTO Gifting Program: This offers a way for employees to donate a portion of their accumulated PTO to coworkers facing hardship brought on by a serious health condition, birth or care of an infant, adoption or foster placement, or care of a spouse, child or parent with a serious health condition.
Tuition Assistance: Our tuition advance program allows employees to request advance tuition payment rather than getting reimbursed; funds can also be used to cover textbooks and mandatory course fees.
TelaDoc: Employees love this phone consultation service, which is available 24/7 and gives employees access to physicians who provide patient evaluations, prescriptions, or referrals to additional care.
PatientCare: This free advocacy service assists employees with healthcare billing and insurance issues, eliminating the time and frustration of trying to resolve such issues on their own.
Employee Assistance Program: A variety of services are provided by this program, including legal and financial consulting and referrals for adoptions, child and senior care, summer care, and pet care.
