FORTUNE announced that for 2010 it ranked CHG Healthcare Services as the 26th best company to work for in America, according to the magazine's 13th annual "100 Best Companies to Work For" survey. CHG is the only company from Utah to receive the listing from FORTUNE.
To pick the 100 Best Companies, FORTUNE partners with the Great Place to Work Institute to conduct the most extensive employee survey in corporate America. A company's score is based on the results of the Institute's Trust Index survey, and responses to the Institute's Culture Audit. CHG Healthcare Services placed among the most elite corporate training programs in the world, according to Training Magazine. Training announced CHG as part of its annual Training Top 125, a report that ranks companies' excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. The ranking is based on numerous benchmarking statistics and is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors.
CHG invests heavily in employee training and development by offering full programs in sales, technical skills, and leadership training and development. CHG's corporate training department also developed several team-building activities and classes that teach a variety of skills, but most important they help team members apply them within the context of their team dynamics and the company culture.

Staffing Industry Analysts honors healthcare staffing firm for engaging employees.

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) named CHG Healthcare to its first-ever Best Staffing Firms to Work For 2009 list, a ranking of the top ten leaders in the staffing industry when it comes to developing engaged internal employees.
CHG received the honor based on its commitment to a healthy work/life balance, investment in its own extensive training programs, and efforts to maintain open and candid channels of communication between employees and executives. Both company and employee surveys determined the rankings for SIA's list.

Healthcare staffing company receives second corporate achievement award.

CHG Healthcare Services has received Utah Business magazine's annual award for outstanding employee healthcare programs for the second year in a row. The "Health Care Heroes" Corporate Achievement award recognizes and honors Utah organizations with exemplary employee health and occupational, environmental and preventative medical practices.
Last year, CHG put into place a new wellness program to encourage physical and emotional wellness for our employees, as well as promote a balanced work-life ratio. This year, CHG focused on providing services to help employees manage their money and time, supporting the belief that having healthier, less-stressed employees will make them happier and more productive, resulting in better customer service to clients and candidates.

Salt Lake City chapter award for 2009 goes to healthcare staffing company.

The United Way of Salt Lake (UWSL) bestowed its highest corporate award to CHG Healthcare Services, naming CHG as its United Way Corporate Partner of the Year for 2009. In the past year, CHG supported the LIVE UNITED campaign through an advertising sponsorship in addition to adopting the LIVE UNITED theme into its corporate culture.
In 1999, CHG's first workplace-giving campaign raised just over $20,000. Today, with over 90 percent employee participation combined with a dollar-for-dollar corporate match on employee gifts, CHG raises more than $250,000 for UWSL. CHG also supports United Way through event sponsorships and employee participation in special events including Day of Caring and the Young Leaders annual event.

Utah Business Magazine recognized CHG Healthcare Services as part of its annual awards for top companies to work for in Utah. On this list are companies that go the extra mile for their employees.
While CHG has had perks like on-site massage therapy and yoga for some time, the current economic turmoil has motivated the company to expand the employee benefits offering while reducing employee costs as a way to provide reassurance to its people. CHG received the award based on company benefits and policies as well as strong scores from a rigorous employee survey conducted by a third-party.
